We had the best service from the Purifox Air Duct Cleaning! They replaced a 25 foot aluminum vent that was not up to code with a hard metal pipe that is up to code. I called this morning for dryer vent cleaning and repair and Jackie, the owner/operator was out this afternoon to do the job. This is a top notch family run company with a great work ethic, honesty and integrity. Jackie did the work quickly, produced professional results and did not overcharge or oversell me. They first cleaned our dryer vent, though because of the way it was installed by the builder they cautioned that a cleaning might not solve the problem. These guys are awesome. Professional, efficient, fast, and fair. Super responsive - usually available within 48 hours to visit and get vents cleaned. Real professionals that have good advice on how to fix other issues too - like fixing bad, builder-grade exterior vent flaps with magnetic metal ones. We had good experience with pro clean AC, the team was well equipped and experienced. Removing AC grills was a bit stressful and made some cracks on the gypsum which one of team member fixed after(everywhere in country we live in gypsum ceilings cracks so easily unfortunately)
