Removing AC grills was a bit stressful and made some cracks on the gypsum which one of team member fixed after(everywhere in country we live in gypsum ceilings cracks so easily unfortunately) Few small scratches appeared on the metal grill due to transporting them to clean(out of apartment as per my request) but I contacted owner and he was genuinely sorry about it and took notes how to prevent it next time.

Before we begin cleaning your chimney, we will carefully assess the situation and make sure that the area is safe to work in. We will also place a drop cloth or plastic sheet to protect your floors and furnishings from dust.
Once the area is prepared, we will begin by inspecting your chimney for any signs of damage or wear and tear. We will also check for any blockages or restrictions that could impede the flow of smoke and gases.
Once we have inspected your chimney, we will begin the cleaning process. We use a long-handled brush and a vacuum cleaner to remove all of the built-up soot, creosote, and other debris from the inside of the chimney. We will also clean the damper, smoke shelf, and firebox.
Once the cleaning process is complete, we will inspect the chimney again to make sure that it is clean and free of any debris. We will also check for any remaining blockages or restrictions.
Once the cleaning and sanitization are complete, our technicians perform a final inspection to ensure that your air ducts are pristine and free of contaminants. We also check the seals on all vents and registers to guarantee that your system is airtight.
If we find any damage or wear and tear on your chimney, we will make recommendations for repairs. We will also provide you with a report outlining our findings and recommendations.
We provide you with a detailed report of the work performed, including before-and-after photos of your air ducts. This documentation serves as proof of our commitment to excellence and transparency.
