Removing AC grills was a bit stressful and made some cracks on the gypsum which one of team member fixed after(everywhere in country we live in gypsum ceilings cracks so easily unfortunately) Few small scratches appeared on the metal grill due to transporting them to clean(out of apartment as per my request) but I contacted owner and he was genuinely sorry about it and took notes how to prevent it next time.

To maximize longevity of your oriental rugs, you should rotate them 180 degrees twice a year. The reason for this is because traffic on rugs is seldom even, meaning one of the sides generally get more traffic, sunlight, and wear and tear than the other. By rotating the rugs twice a year you effectively double the life the rug.
We are often asked about steam cleaning area rugs. At Purifox we do not use steam to clean. We use a process called hot water extraction to clean rugs, which is often referred to as steam cleaning because of the steam you see as we clean.
