We live in an old house in old town. Carlos did an amazing job! He found black mold and so much gross lint. I was horrified at first. Then he removed everything from all the vents and returns and even the dryer vent and machine itself. After all that he sanitized the ducts. He arrived on time, was super considerate, professional, and transparent about what he was up to. The whole process only took a few hours and I am beyond happy. Thank you Purifox! Highly recommend.

I originally had a different company clean my dryer duct from the inside but there was a lot of lint on the outside vent cover he could not get to. Hence, I hired Purifox to clean the outside dryer vent protector and any lint that might be remaining. They did an excellent job. Communication was great in trying to understand the scope of the job. Carlos and Daniel came out prior to get a good view of the height and vent. The job went smoothly and successfully.
